Wounded Spirits Ministries is now at Smyrna Baptist Church! This ministry offers trauma instruction and support with a Biblical focus, for those who are dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress and for anyone who wants to learn how to help someone else. You can expect a safe environment to learn and heal.
Program Details
What: Trauma Instruction and Support
When: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM
Where: 7000 Pensacola Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32506 (Office Entrance)
Who: For those who are dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress, or want to learn how to help someone else
Scope: A proven program covering Trauma, Triggers and Triumph, with a Biblical focus
Expect: A safe environment to learn and heal
Trauma Symptoms
Trauma can show up in many ways, including:
- Suicidal Thoughts
- Survivor’s Guilt
- Depression
- Self Harm
- Anger
- Isolation
- Addictions
- Apathy
- Flashbacks / Nightmares
- Fear & Anxiety
- Hopelessness
